The Lease Auditor will be working closely with the Property Managers and Executive Director of Property Management in ensuring that the Landlords are charging Panda fairly and according to the lease. This position is responsible for reviewing all charges sent by the Landlords, creating audit files and ensuring that the supporting documentation have been received. The Lease Auditor must have demonstrated abilities in interpreting leases and negotiating and settling issues, leading to substantial savings for the company.
