Kristin Crawford is a Property Management Manager for Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. She graduated cum laude from SUNY Delhi with a BBA in Hospitality Management and this will be her 5th year attending NRTA’s annual conference and first time presenting. She has worked at Panda since 2010, beginning in Lease Accounting and transferring to Property Management in 2011.

Kristin currently oversees Panda’s East Coast Regions including free-standing, end-cap/in-line, and mall locations which equate to roughly 350 stores and counting. She is actively involved in guiding the Renewals of existing locations as well as Lease Required Remodels and is certified in Project Management from the University of the West.

Panda Express is currently the largest Asian QSR Brand in the county and in addition to a portfolio of over 2,000 restaurants, continues to grow at a rate of roughly 100 company-owned locations annually.

The Property Management team is responsible for all Lease Administration, Lease Audit, and Property Management for Landlord required Repair and Maintenance responsibilities for all traditional locations. The team also performs site visits throughout the year and provides annual on and off-site training for Panda’s Operations leaders.
