Daniel B Myers, Esq. is a partner in the real estate and land use groups at Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP in Oakland, California and represents real estate clients in all aspects of commercial real property transactions, with a particular emphasis on retail and office leasing and purchase and sale transactions. Dan also works with clients to obtain land use approvals and permits, and he conducts due diligence activities on behalf of clients contemplating the acquisition of commercial properties. In addition to Dan’s real estate work, he also counsels clients regarding their advertising and promotional practices.

Dan regularly speaks on real estate and advertising topics and has spoken on leasing issues at the California State Bar’s Annual Meeting, the California State Bar’s Real Property Law Section Retreat and the National Retail Tenants Association’s Annual Conference.  Dan previously served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California. He is the co-author of several chapters in the Continuing Education of the Bar’s (CEB) Retail Leasing: Drafting and Negotiating the Lease and Office Leasing: Drafting and Negotiating the Lease. He received a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
