This webinar illustrates the "4 levels of Landlord Overcharges". It will demonstrate the different types of Landlord overcharges as well as how to identify and understanding them. It will show examples of overcharges from CAM, Real Estate Taxes and Insurance from its simplest form of overcharge to the more complicated expense allocation.
