Aeropostale, Inc., Wayne, NJ Real Estate Analyst (Posted on: March 08, 2010) General Summary:
The Real Estate Analyst is responsible for the administrative support to the Director of Lease Audit. They will be responsible for analyzing and auditing invoices received from landlords to ensure appropriate payments are made as well as corresponding with landlords on any discrepancies that arise.
Position Responsibilities:
- Review monthly Landlord statements ensuring payments are correct and in accordance to lease language
- Review % Rent Bills for accuracy
- Review account discrepancies with Landlord regarding payments of rent and/or other charges
- Draft correspondence to settle disputes
- Assist with Desktop Cam Audits
- Maintain lease database system (Accruent) to ensure compliance with lease payments
- Review year end misc. reconciliations (HVAC, Insurance, Water/Sewer)
- Handle all communications and correspondence with landlords related to rent payments
Position Requirements:
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting/finance
