Focus 08-Solutions for Success is the theme for NRTA's 13th Annual Conference, planned for September 14-17, 2008, at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida.

Conference attendees have the ability to share industry best practices for profit-building capabilities. There is a direct link from conference networking to a commercial tenant's capability to improve cost recovery skills and effective lease administration procedures on many levels.

Payments can be made online by credit card or checks may be mailed to the NRTA office. Please include a printed version of your registration form with your check payment. Mail your check payment to NRTA, 60 Shaker Road, East Longmeadow, MA 01028.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS:
Confirmation of your registration will be by e-mail; be sure to enter your e-mail address accurately and completely.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS:
Paid registrations are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted.

All conference registrations must be submitted using our online registration form.

You will be instructed to choose courses during the registration process; however, you can easily change your course selections up until August 17, 2008.

Resort guest room reservations should be made directly with the Rosen Shingle Creek. Remember to mention you are attending the NRTA Annual conference to qualify for a discounted room rate of $149/per night. By reserving your hotel accommodations with the Rosen Shingle Creek, you are directly assisting the NRTA to meet its contractual commitments for room guarantees.

To Host NRTA’s Annual Golf Tournament
and 5K Fun Run/Walk

NRTA’s Annual Golf Tournament will be held on Sunday, September 14th. Tee time is 8:00am at the Rosen Shingle Creek Country Club.

Tournament registration is $100.00 per person and includes range balls, green fees, golf cart, lunch and prizes. Registration(s) and payment must be made online through the NRTA's website: www.retailtenants.org.

NRTA's first annual 5K Fun Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2008 for the NRTA's first 5K Fun Run/Walk. Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful nature trail on the grounds of the Rosen Shingle Creek. This is a great way to kick off your conference experience!

Registration and payment is $15/person. This includes complimentary morning refreshemnts and Fun Run/Walk t-shirts.

Registration check-in will start at 7:30am the day of the event; the race will start at 8:00am. Meet at Porte-Cochere/front doors of hotel.

Getting Around Orlando
The Rosen Shingle Creek is approximately a fifteen-minute cab ride to and from Orlando International Airport.

Ground Transportation:

The NRTA has made special arrangements with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for discounted car rental rates. To reserve online, visit www.enterprise.com. Airport Transportation:
Mears Transportation Service is available from Orlando International Airport to the Rosen Shingle Creek. Approximate cost for 1 Adult roundtrip is $28 and one-way is $17. Taxi fares are approximately $35 one-way plus tip, depending on route taken, time of day and traffic conditions.

The 2007 NRTA Annual Conference, held last September in Tucson, set new attendance records. Over 600 lease administration professionals participated in the three-day education event that featured 52 classroom and workshop presentations.
